"Arkla Air came out and educated me on my current equipment and provided me repair vs replacement options. They explained the benefits and gave their their recommendation. Provided me with finance options and told me to take my time to think it over. They were never pushy and I never felt uncomfortable or that the goal was to sell me something. I was actually treated like family. There was a genuine care. The staff was friendly, thorough and very friendly. Once the decision was made for the new unit; it took no time at all for the parts to be ordered and installed. This was a pretty big job because I needed all new wiring, a new unit, heating etc. but even with all of that I was up and running in no time. I am extremely satisfied with the service and my new unit (central air/heat). I would definitely recommend Arkla Air LLC. for honest, courteous and quick service."

"They arrived promptly and I showed them the trouble areas. The supervisor checked the stains out and decided what type of stain it was and what the cleaning procedure would be. This was a house that we had bought that previously was lived in by three young students. Needless to say the carpet had not been cleaned or kept up with regularly. They cleaned the carpet and the areas that I was concerned with cleaned up nicely. I then asked them about the tile and grout in the kitchen. They cleaned that also even though they had not expected to do that, nor did they have a special attachment to their equipment, but it turned out good. They got some towels and tried it by hand. They also helped me with some greasy stains in the garage floor with some degreaser. I couldn't have asked for more. <br />"

"The overall experience went very well in the sense that the staff (2 + a supv) seemed very competent in the execution and explanation of every step of the process. The job took 2 full days (which was much more than I had anticipated), but I guess that is to be expected for the work beyond just sealing the ducts. The overall improvement for heating and cooling capacity for the duct sealing is 40% based upon the measured leakage reduction and the original register flow.This should help to extend the life of the heating/ac units as they now have to work less in order to maintain consistent temperatures -- time will tell. The staff was very nice to work with."
