"These guys did an awesome job with our 1930 Limestone walk-way and cobble stone walk-way. Plans to bring them back for the patio in the spring to redo the 1930 brick patio."

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"Larry, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and what you and your crew did to turn my new house into my home. I appreciate the way you painted the entire inside (except for two rooms), hung chair rail, put together furniture, moved furniture from my old house, updated the closets, and took care of the lawn. I am especially grateful for the assistance in converting my mom's closet into a handicapped accessible bathroom for her! I give you an A+ and I will continue to use you for future projects, as well as lawn and snow removal.I especially appreciate your trustworthiness!"

"Brett came out and we walked over the lot, he took photos and we discussed what we could do. Over several emails (he was very patient with me!) I changed my mind numerous times and he always had a suggestion that I might like instead. Finally we agreed on a design and he sent us a quote. We accepted and a tentative date was set (depending on weather and the completion of other jobs). We decided to include even more landscaping than we had originally planned and Brett again worked with us in figuring out what plants and design and sent another quote. The crew showed up a bit earlier than the date set and started work. Terry has a wonderful crew and they worked hard - our yard is a very hard soil. They were polite, unobtrusive, did excellent work, and cleaned up each day. Terry answered all of our questions about the plants, the soil, etc... We made arrangements for them to build a small natural stone retaining wall in the front and they did a great job on that also. We are very pleased with our yard and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects or to recommend them."

"Throughout the whole process, Kevin stayed in touch via text messages and never failed to do what he promised to do and when he promised to do it. The finished product was more than we expected. This is a top-notch company that no one should have any reservations in using. Very professional and very well-equipped. They also do new paving for CVS Pharmacies in Indiana. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Fountain-City, IN

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
