"We had a terrible, stressful experience with Sexton Home Improvement and Repairs, Inc. We terminated their employment because they did not follow building code when working on our home. We are relieved that another company working on our home caught the violation. It is upsetting that the financial integrity and safety of our home was jeopardized. They also constructed a very unlevel subfloor that had to be corrected. Rather than acknowledge or apologize for this error, excuses were made saying that the new subfloor ¨matched¨ the outer edges of the existing floor. A properly built floor will be level from one end all the way to the other, not just on the outside edges. This is a basic expectation of good workmanship. We were disappointed that even after showing the Sextons multiple pictures of the unlevel floor, the messy releveling process, and paid receipts, they still denied it was unlevel. Additional problems with this company included contradictory time frames for job completion. This created a lot of confusion for us about the job scope and estimate. Additionally, receipts for the ¨approximated materials allowance¨ were never submitted to us. This was troubling as the job was not completed, and we had to purchase the remaining materials to finish the job. These faulty jobs cost us: extra money, extra time to correct, added mess and inconvenience plus loss of trust in their company. Their lack of communication before termination (over a week) also added to this loss of trust. We have worked with numerous companies in the past, and this is the first negative review we have posted. We believe it is important to share our experience and reasons for not recommending this company."

We Do not use sub contractors! The only tile installers that you will deal with are Nino, Tony, or Vito. This is the only way to control the quality of our installation. "Called Nino's Tile after deciding I was going to replace my bathroom floor. My mother in law got a beautiful kitchen floor job done from them so she highly recommended them to me. I was not disappointed. They were prompt, professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. They truly are masters of their craft. They went over everything with me from picking the right kind of tile to which grout and color is best in the room. There were quite a few difficult angles and they made everything so clean and symmetrical. I knew replacing the flooring would make the room look better, but it came out even better than I expected. Would definitely recommend and will call Nino's when its time to replace other flooring!"
