They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. "We needed restoration work on part of our gazebo which had rotted from water exposure. We also wanted our gazebo stained inside and out, including the roof. John came out and gave us an estimate which was reasonable for the wood repair, but too high for us to have him do the staining (in comparison to other quotes we got). He sent someone out to fix the wood (don't know his name) and he worked very diligently on a very hot day. He did an excellent job removing the rotten wood and replacing it with new pieces to match the existing gazebo structure. I would highly recommend this company to do this kind of work! We didn't think the gazebo could look "good as new", but it does now!"
