"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. "Omar of Green Valley has been a gem of a find! Our brick patio is perfectly finished and leveled for appropriate water drainage. It’s a beautiful site. We always get compliments about it. Size is about 15x15. Omar and crew finished the job in about three days and he came back on the fourth day to make final touches and inspect that everything was in order. He also finished and painted our back stairs and doors. He patched up areas where the wood was cracked. It looks like new now and his pace of work was speedy too. I love that he always comes back the next day to tidy up and report on left over materials and checks in about satisfaction. In addition to Omar’s impeccable work he is also a lovely person that you’ll like having around. He’s a dedicated family man that has a kind a gentle disposition. "It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."
