They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. When I observed his guys working, they did everything to James hardieâ s specs such as installing flashing in every butt joint, sealing every cut with paint, leaving proper gap from chimney/roof line, nailing the siding to studs, caulking the right places, etc. My wife is designer and wanted the trim for the windows, doors and dormers to be done a certain way. She showed Ronaldo her mock-ups and his guys were very meticulous and able to build them exactly to her drawings!
