We had a general contractor (not affiliated with Phil) evaluate the job, and he seconded the opinion that Phil's work is absolutely top notch. Phil is also very responsive. Unlike some other contractors Phil has a back office that is always reachable in the instances when Phil is too busy. This is very convenient because the back office has great communication with Phil. We had a number of unexpected scheduling changes. In each instance, Phil did his best to adjust his busy schedule to accommodate. He really is the most professional contractor we've ever met. Most importantly, the flooring looks great. We are very happy customers and can't recommend Phil highly enough."
