"I buy a plan for the seasonal things. On the price, I don't remember I think it's a couple of hundred dollars and they come out every three months. So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

"1st a tech named Fred Cook came out, with an attitude. I had a coupon he refused to take, however in the past there was no problem with the coupons from Angies's List. I just let it go. Fred told me he needed to remove the A frame coil unit, take it outdoors & clean it. I asked him how much that would be, he stated around $800.00. Next I asked him how much a "new" one would cost, he stated around $800.00, Duh??? I chose the 2nd option of course. He wrote the part # down as he stated he would have to order it & left. Since he was a smart_ss from the get go, I phoned the office & asked them not to send him out to my home anymore, they were very nice & agreed. The next gentleman who came out was very nice & professional, he inspected the a/c unit & stated he would give me three (3) estimates, one for the A coil cleaning, one for a new A coil unit & lastly one for a whole new unit. He sent the estimate via email, but only one & that was for a whole new unit, no estimate for a new A coil or cleaning. I have had very good service & communication with this company in the past, so not certain if they are losing very good, professional techs they used to have or what. I was very hurt by a company I truly trusted in totally & sincerely hope they can re-build the great, honest tech staff they once had."
