"I have used them before an all together have spent over $3000.00 cash with them, but this time I was not pleased at the way in replacing the front door jamb and casing , the plaster on the side of the door was knock out, an I was left with lath showing in quite a large area. When I contacted them they said they couldn't be responsible for that! I told if I lived in a richer area I bet they would have? After about 2 wks. I received a pitiful insulting check for $25.00, of which I promptly took to their office with and quot;insulting and quot; wrote on it. "The cost ended up being a lot more then the 999.00 for the service they were offering.  I thought I could do my crawl space for the 999.00,  The person I talked to said that the ad did not represent the service well.   I thought I was getting what  I wanted only to find out that it would be a few thousand more.  I don't know that gentleman was misrepresenting the company, just maybe poor communication.   
I did not dig up the papers that have all the facts in them.  We are in the middle of moving and not sure where things are.  This is the best I can do from my feeble memory.

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"My house was in a need of a major face lift. In preparation for the approaching cold months, and inevitably spending more time in doors, we wanted to make sure that all of our major updates were finished before the cold Michigan weather came sweeping in to spoil the summer fun. So naturally it was decided that the time had come to remove the awful wallpaper in the den and master bathroom!
 I met with four contractors, Elysium's bid was admittedly higher in price. However, based on their outstanding reputation and the detail and clarity that their estimator brought to the table we signed the contract.
All of the work was completed as promised and within the given time frame. There were no nasty surprises when the materials invoice came and the ghastly wallpaper is gone for good. Looking forward to spending time in my updated den this winter, thank you Elysium for doing a great job!
