"I chose Precise Painting and Restoration out of four other painters I had over because Juan ensured me he could replace the few rotten siding pieces I had on my house. That was valuable to me because I didn't have to find a separate contractor to do the work. During the repair and painting project, Juan would let me know what he was going to work on and gave me updates during the day. Juan and his whole crew were very professional and hard working. My house looks absolutely beautiful!"

"We have done several painting jobs with Jorge and would hire him again in the future! Very detailed, trustworthy and knowledgeable about finishes and products to use for your projects. Also, very responsive to calls and text messages and shows up ready every time we schedule work. All the painting work that Jorge has done for us, interior and exterior, looks fantastic."

"Ken and his crew just finished painting the entire interior of my house. The quality of work was OUTSTANDING. At a great price. I would highly recommend Ken and Performance Painters for any painting need."

"MNM painting did a great job on my family room project. Guillermo and his crew professional and diligent in their work."

"Scott's a great guy, but not a professional painter. I found myself requesting a lot of touch-ups and re-do's, along with multiple requests for second coats of paint (which I made clear was agreed to at the outset of the engagement). I'm going to have to correct some of the work that was done, and add additional coats of paint here and there. Overall, I think the job was bigger than Scott realized at the beginning. However, Scott is very personable and a good dude. Hire him if you want a simple job done fast at a decent price. If you have a complex job, with a lot of drywall work, I recommend that you go with someone else."

"My house looks beautiful I am so happy with the new look. Everything was done right on schedule. A contractor friend said after walking all around the house it was the best paint job he had ever seen. lots of good comments from my neighbors too. Highly recommended."

"I recently hired Powers Painting and Decorating to do some interior painting in my parents home. They painted the kitchen and bedrooms, and I must say their work was phenomenal! The team was punctual, paid attention to detail, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. They also made sure to clean up after themselves every day. I would give them 5 stars for their professionalism and exceptional service. I highly recommend Powers Painting and Decorating!"

"Jorge from JRG Remodeling came out quickly to look at what I needed and promptly provided a quote. I thought it was fair and hired him soon thereafter. The next day his team showed up and started the work and finished it the next day. It was a small project, but Jorge didn't treat it like one, and quickly quoted abd completed the job. I would definitely hire him again for future projects."

"I've known Darren Tyda for about 15 years. Overthe years he was not only a loyal, highly competent and hard-working employee, but he became a trusted part of our family. He started working as our property manager at 312 & 111 Woodley Road in Winnetka in November, 2014. Our grounds were over 2 acres and he oversaw over 20,000 sq ft of living space. He formally worked 40 hours per week, but was salaried so worked much more;even weekends and while we were away. He managed all our subs (HVAC, Crestron AV system, landscaping, electrical, alarm system, cable/DTV, Cellar Tracker, etc). Darren is much more than a coordinator of subs. He's extremely handy! Painting, staining, basic plumbing and electrical, manual/heavy labor, etc. If he didn't know how to do something, he would take the time to research the problem and either figure it out or outsource to the right person. He treated my pocket book as if it were his own, so I always knew that he would find the best value. In addition to property manager duties, he was my personal trainer. He also worked with my wife and kids. Post COVID we took the decision to leave Illinois and move to Park City, UT in 2021. Darren assisted in our transition here, and formally stopped employment in 2022. fI not for our move, Darren would still work for us. He made my life easier so Icould focus on my manyinterests. We miss him and all he did for us. Please feel free to contact me for any further questions. +1-312-343-1357."

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."
