From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! "We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... "The work was done well and price was fair and as promised. It was nice to be able to have one company do both the brick and concrete repairs after a sewer line replacement ripped up part of our sidewalk and a decorative brick wall that tied into the corner of our house. It took a few months for him to work us in (which he warned us could happen) because his company was quite busy this summer. Coincidentally, we realized the owner had rebuilt our chimney 10 years earlier when he was working for another company. Chimney is still in great shape."

"Our home sits on a corner which actually gives ustwo entrances to the front door. We wanted the entrance from the driveway side to be accessible, therefore eliminating one stair. In addition, the entrance from the driveway to the front of the house was not welcoming and guest didn't know there was a sidewalk there as it did not go to the city sidewalk. Designer Jake came out to our home to review the proposed project and we shared with him a design we had previously purchased. He took the information and returned approx a week later to show us his plan for the design. He had returned with a plan that was different than the one shown him, but was close enough for us to tweak back to our original design. Jake was very patient with our changes and was always accommodating. The install crew showed up on time and all work was completed in 4 days, on time and as promised, before Memorial Day. The crew came back with top soil to fill in and plant grass seed. I was surprised that all work was done by hand, with the exception of the jackhammer for excavation, they worked incredibly hard, a very tough, back breaking job. They took a lot of variances into great consideration, such as water flow from the gutters, the grading of the landscaping afterwards so that water would not be an issue. They took a lot of pride in their work and they did a tremendous job. We were considering stamped concrete but so glad we went with pavers as it really elevates and adds so much character to the front of the house. We will have them back next year to continue, phase 2, the front steps and porch."

"We had a few special circumstances because the top of our driveway is supported by a fairly high, tiered retaining wall that needed to be replaced before the driveway could be done.  At no additional charge, Delello came out a month early to cut out a 10-foot-wide strip of asphalt from the driveway at the top of the wall to allow the wall to be torn out and a new wall installed, with deadmen under what would be the new driveway.  This was extremely helpful to us.  Kyle Delello is professional, responsive, and patient - very good to work with.  Further, to a man, every member of the demolition and paving crews reflected that same professionalism.  They took great care with trees and perennials closely lining the driveway and we had no damage to vegetation at all.  During the demolition and grading day, the crew worked with me to make decisions on grading for water management, and they constructed a special berm in one section of the new drive to handle a tricky stormflow issue in our yard.  The paving itself looks great and we are very happy with the work. <br /> Delello's pricing was competitive with the other bids we got."

"Due to lots of rain in May the project could not begin as early as had been projected but Mr. Foley touched base with us several times to update us on when we might begin. They communication was excellent from the bidding through the completion of the job. We chose a decorative, stained trim section lining the drive, a swirled finish on the drive and sidewalk, #6 gauge mat, and plastic mesh reinforced concrete. Curbs were added at the entrance to the drive from the roadway. All of what were once squared-off corners were done with curved transitions. The project was extensive (35 yards of concrete used) but completed within two days. The crew was polite, tidy (as much as can be expected with so much work going on), and cleaned up each day when they left. Mr. Foley was here to check on the work off and on through the time his crew was here and very open to questions or comments. He is always positive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any concrete work; the outcome of our job is beautiful. All of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the work and asked who did it. One of our neighbors works in the construction trade and said it it a top-notch job. People we work with have seen the pictures we took and have asked who did this work and from our comments and the pictures have said they would use this company. Thanks for doing such a great job, Mr. Foley!"

"Duramax got back to me the same day I called and was out the next day to look at the guttering. I got an estimate for the work that day which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and told them to go ahead with the repair. The crew was out on Monday, less than a week after I had contacted Duramax, and got the majority of the work done that day. There turned out to be some additional damage that needed to be repaired that took a little longer than expected so they finished up this morning (Wednesday - it rained all day Tuesday; gutter was in place they just needed to close up the underside and clean-up). As with the work that they did on the shingled part of the roof I am delighted with the work Duramax has done."
