"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. In just two days, Bob & his crew removed the old worn, uneven cobblestones, leveled the entire path, designed and installed the pavers and to our delight added two granite steps which only added to the amazing finished product. "Sullivan concrete was excellent from start to finish. Chris is a great guy, great crew, honest not trying to upsell and no cutting corners. The work was in tandem with another contractor who is installing a paver patio next to the pad poured by chris and crew, the other contractor shut down the work late last fall due to weather, Chris was patient throughout the hurry up and wait process. End product was excellent (~22x28 concrete pad to be used as a sports court), couldnt be happier. Would definitely reccomend. Thanks Chris, Kevin and crew."
