Tech was asked for est. drying time (6 hr). Carpet was left soaking wet and required 8+ hrs to dry with fans blowing and windows open. Wet carpet looked good but after drying, heavily traveled areas still visible. Dry carpet feels stiff to the touch. Owner/manager did not visit site or inspect job. Probably would have improved results from OK to VERY GOOD and Cost (higher than other telephone estimates ) might have been justified."
