"Very professional, fast. When finished, windows were CLEAN. Helped with closing windows that were difficult to close after cleaning."

"Gutters are clean. Windows sparkle. They were fast, very pleasant, and cleaned up before they left. Will definitely have them back."

"Gleaming is the word I would use to describe how my house looks after Glaudy and her team finished a deep clean. It was like they did a full spring cleaning in every room! Everything sparkles. Definitely booking this team in a recurring basis."

"Carpet cleaning:: results not quite as good as expected. Techn. arrived 1/2 hr late. Dragged dirty/wet hose full length of the house. Some heavy furniture items are not moved, leaving uncleaned spots. No explanation of procedure before starting. Not sure exactly what was done. Paid by check, did not get a receipt. Tech was asked for est. drying time (6 hr). Carpet was left soaking wet and required 8+ hrs to dry with fans blowing and windows open. Wet carpet looked good but after drying, heavily traveled areas still visible. Dry carpet feels stiff to the touch. Owner/manager did not visit site or inspect job. Probably would have improved results from OK to VERY GOOD and Cost (higher than other telephone estimates ) might have been justified."

"I had a dry exhaust vent that needed cleaning only. Lorenzo came by clean the exhaust and sent pictures as I couldn't inspect the outside due to me being medically fragile. They did a good job and was very communicative."

"Prompt, friendly, professional, did a great job! Will hire for windows in the spring!"

"Sandra was easy to communicate with, and very nice. She and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our very challenging (read: messy) house. They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. They were punctual and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them."

"Great! Sidney arrived when expected. Did a fantastic job and in a short period of time. He was very careful to not let hosing rub against walls/furniture (we had just painted). Price very reasonable. He will be our go to person for future home cleaning needs"

"Ruben was professional, discussed project prior to starting. Quote was final price. No surprises. Worked non stop. Protection for Covid 19 done well and we both wore masks the entire time while on site. Very pleased with duct cleaning project and entire process"

"Second time I have used Choice 1 Cleaning, and will certainly hire them again in the future. Service performed included a general cleaning of the entire house. I was very impressed with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Would definitely recommend."
