"My house was unsellable because of the massive amount of trash and horrible odors. Not only did they get the home in sellable shape, the house smells good now! They are up front, honest, reliable, and fair."

"Shamealia was fantastic. I liked her from our first phone call. She has a clear voice and I could understand her. I'm older and so many young people seem to speak so quickly I can't keep up with them and have to ask them to repeat, repeat. She was on time, came with everything she needed. She listened to what I wanted and she knew how to clean and what product to use on what. She worked quickly but carefully and thoroughly. She was pleasant and quiet. I had a special offer for three hours but I asked her to stay longer. She was able to do so. She usually charges by the size of the house she gave me an hourly rate that day."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Franklin, NC

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
