"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

"Jim Faris quoted to replace our 30-year-old wood porch deck and railing with composite material. The price seems a bit high but we were ready for a change. His crew were excellent; they remove the old deck boards, installed the new material, minimized waste, and left us with a beautiful deck with excellent fit and finish. The job took a bit longer than expected due to weather and a couple miscalculations but he stuck to the price. Faris also pointed out a gutter and a gable issue with the home which his crew also repaired at a nominal additional cost."

"I hired Marco about 4 months ago. I had just bought a house and it was in good condition but needed updating. Marco has been amazing. He does good work, is reasonably priced and competes the work on time. I initially hired him to replace the tile in my first floor power room, replace the toilet and the vanity. Marco did an amazing job, he very detailed oriented and didn’t cut corners. I eventually hired him to do the same job for our second floor bathroom, replace the tile in our laundry room and will be asking him to do the same for my master bathroom. In addition, he painted, did trim moulding, etc. He also removed flooring (tile, vinyl wood and linoleum) and helped us prep for hardwood installation. Overall, I was beyond please with the work he did, he followed requests and instructions, but offered suggestions when he thought appropriate."

"They were wonderful! They contacted me immediately about the job and stayed in communication until their arrival, which was on time. They got right to work replacing my broken window and were quick, did the job right and cleaned up afterwards. They were also very pleasant and easy to work with. "*******BUYER BEWARE*******I’m posting this simply as a BUYER BEWARE as our experience with Window King was definitely SHADY. We had been through an exhaustive replacement window search, from the 3-hour meetings to the high-pressure sales tactics. We were referred to the Window King by a reputable website that provides helpful information and window reviews. We thought we had finally found the company to replace our windows…timely and informative meeting, no B.S. sales tactics, good product, and competitive price. We received a contract that evening for our review. We took the weekend to review its details and sent an email response first thing on Monday morning asking for some more details to be included specifically around the windows we were going to be buying like the glass package and its NFRC ratings, a general recap of installation (flashing, insulation, etc.) and to include what their lifetime labor warranty actually covers. Also, we had questions like what kind of caulking is used (during our initial meeting the salesman Mike was going to get back to us on that) and why does the contract say capping if necessary which to us seemed like it would mean that it was at the discretion of the installer. These all seemed very reasonable given we were replacing 19 windows. We heard from Mike (salesman) in text the next evening indicating he hadn’t forgotten “been crazy”. My response was simple “totally understand”. Unfortunately, a few more days went by with no response so that Friday I followed up in text only to be informed that Window King couldn’t (or wouldn’t) make any changes to the contract that I was looking for and they were going to “PASS” on our business. I asked for a discussion with the salesman with no response as well as sent an email that included the owner with no response. The experience left us wondering….if we would have moved forward were we going to get the windows we thought we were buying???? Would there have been shortcuts taken during the installation???? If there were issues exactly how would we have been covered by Window King’s warranty????"

"literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
