We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. We arranged the appointment with his brother, in the office and the workmen that came were respectful and took pride in their work. I have no reservations in highly recommending this company. In order to start as soon as possible they changed their schedule, because it was an emergency. Highly appreciate them, they did a great job. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."
