"Not very good. He came and look at it. Change some wires. I'm not sure if he was very knowledgeable with my fireplace. The switch that turn it on and off, he removed it completely and not said anything. I also had two switches which he took my part with them and left the panel with a hole in, where the switch show through. Never told me he was taking it out or told me that he is taking them. He show me the bill on his IPhone and I had sign it. With no info on it about service. After he left, called them to explain the bill. I asked for the receipt from them. I received it bill but it was not itemized for the service."

He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. He started when he said he would and finished on the same day. His crew is wonderful, polite and very hardworking. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. "Tony came and inspected my fireplace chimney as well as the heating chimney. He let me know what needed to be done to bring everything up to code. On the day of service, 2 crew members came to do the job. They swept the fireplace flue and applied the Thermocrete ceramic liner inside. They also installed a new damper and chimney cap. On the exterior, they repaired damaged bricks and mortar and rebuilt the concrete crown. They also installed bluestone slabs on the chimney shoulders and waterproofed the entire exterior from top to bottom. They also repaired some of the loose mortar on the interior as well. For the heating chimney they installed a new stainless steel liner to vent the boiler and hot water heater to code. They also installed a stainless steel chimney cap and double tee. The guys did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and also gave me good tips. I would definitely recommend 1 Hour Chimney and use them again in the future."

Then I gave up and hired another company."
