He?s very good at collecting money once he claims to be ?done,? but doesn?t come back to fix or finish anything he missed. "I had K&K Construction pour a back patio in July of this year (2025). After the job was completeI noticed the slope was way more than the normal concrete slope should be. Normal is 1% to 2% slope, mine is 3.5% to 4%. When you sit in a chair, you definitely feel like you are leaning away from the house because the slope is so steep. I voiced my concerns with the owner, and he was very rude about it. The first time I tried to speak to him about it, he hung up on me. When he did come to look at the job, he was argumentative, insulting, and even told me it was my fault because I didn?t check the forms they had laid. When I asked him if he would be happy if his personal patio was laid like mine, he threatened me with his lawyer and left. I do not recommend this company. There are dozens of concrete companies out there, find yourself one that is more professional and has better customer service than this one. "

His workers were very polite as well as neat, cleaning up after the job was finished. I had a sidewalk with steps created in my backyard as well as replacing concrete slabs on my driveway. Would not hesitate to call him again for another project."

"I had the sidewalk done last August by Best Choice Foundation and Masonry and it turn out awful. I couldn't get them to fix it and eventionally they wouldn't respond to my calls. I had a 5 year warranty on the work which wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I had four estimates to take it out and redue. I ended up having Residential Concrete Works do the removal and replacement. I was told they would take it out and have it replaced in 4 hours. They arrived at 8:30AM and were finished a little after 11:30AM and it is absolutely beautiful. I was very impressed by the workers and thier professionalism. I would defenantly recommend this company for any concrete work."
