"Received three in-home estimates, an estimate from Lowe's, and an estimate from Home Depot. While not the cheapest, DMD was not the most expensive, either. We purchased a Pella Designer French Sliding Door with built-in mini-blinds. From the time we ordered the door to the time it was installed took just over five weeks. We love the door, and it has eliminated a draft. The DMD staff was professional and the installation was excellent. Provided two before photos and two after photos. Rex (the owner) is great; he's very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no high pressure sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. The price was very competitive and we really liked that NO down payment/upfront money was required until the installation was complete. We had 4 bids and JDI was the only company that offers this. Darrin Sr. (installer) and his crew (Darrin Jr. and Rob) came out for the installation; they are professional, courteous, meticulous about their work and really nice guys. Darrin Sr. is great at communicating (scheduling, expectations, etc.). They were on time and worked continuously until the entire job was completed (1 ½ days). As each window was installed they cleaned the windows, vacuumed, cleaned up all construction material and reinstalled our blinds... THANK YOU!!
