They replaced sagging plywood, installed J channel that should have been there, but was not, and did the flashing around the chimney. They covered the landscaping and used magnets to pick up nails. The guy giving the estimate did not have a hard sales pitch or some stupid slide show on a tablet. They simply quoted the job and let me make a decision with out any pressure. When it came to install day they came with a massive crew and had all of the work completed within the same day. I had a lot of decking boards that were rotted and needed to be replaced as well. The new roof looks great and it does not leak."

"One day before the job, shingles and all the materials were delivered. At 8:00 am, The crew showed up and started the work. As promised, they threw all the removed shingles into the dumpster. As promised, they installed new flashings and counter flashings on all coil pipes, chimneys and walls. As promised, they installed aluminum drip edge to entire perimeter of roof. And, they installed 9 roof vents as promised. The job including cleaning was completed by 1:30 pm. Tom came the next morning for the final inspection and clean up. I mentioned a few minor complaints. He corrected everything. Then, I paid the full amount that they derserved. So far, I have not had any problem with the new roof."
