"Jose was very prompt in every aspect from taking my call to finishing the job. He is very professional, works hard and delivers a quality service. The appointment was scheduled 1-3p, Jose arrived promptly at 1, accessed the situation and got to work quickly. "I was very pleased with their work.  I believe that the insurance company paid $2500 or $2600.  On price, I think it was pretty good. I very rarely give somebody an A so a B is pretty darn good. I did have to call to have them come back because when  they pulled out the oven to check under it for the water, the plug came out and they did not replace the plug. So that was just one little thing but they came back and they plugged it back in. When they left I had to push the refrigerator back to the wall because it was left out where they put it.  If they had done that, I think I would have given them an A."

In addition to this, the dryer vent hose is about 20 feet and goes through the foundation before it exits the home. Owner and technician, LJ, was diligent and careful when moving the dryer and refrigerator to access the vent opening. He was also careful while in the flower bed to access the vent exit. Clogs were removed and the dryer is now running very well. The fireplace was cleaned of ashes, chimney swept and inspected. All reported in good condition. A cloth was used to cover the hearth and floor in front of the fireplace All dust was contained and there was no evidence of dust or ashes in the surrounding area. Excellent work.....plus......a little something extra. On his way out, LJ took a drill and secured a fence picket that he noticed was loose!"
