"Almost giving up our search for a roofing company in Kerr County, TX, we finally found Cypress Roofing in Kerrville on Angie's List. After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. His friendly helpful manner and honesty left us feeling good about his company. We did buy a metal roof system from Albert's company, and it has been, by far, the best decision we have made for our home since moving to the area in 2001. Communication before, during and after the project, was top notch and thorough. We always knew where the process was and what would be next. Albert, the owner, Camden, Christian, Kyle, Tony, Pat, and the installer crews are knowledgeable, reliable and high quality professionals in applying metal roofing with a flair. We would be remiss if we did not also thank Johanna for her attention in keeping order in the business accounting areas. We are absolutely thrilled with our new standing seam metal roof quality and Cypress Roofing's architectural craftsmanship. Ours was not an easy roof. completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
