"I was told that the cleaning would be $170 to clean my entire basement, and the cleaning would last between an hour and an hour and a half. First, the cleaning lasted no more than 40 minutes, and there were rooms that were skipped. When I called to show that I was not pleased once I realized that two rooms were not cleaned at all, the cleaner actually argued with me instead of trying to make me satisfied with their service. I would not spend the money again with a company that charged me full price to complete half of the work. The one plus side is they were able to remove some odors from the walls, but honestly, that was really watered down by the rest of my experience. Personally, I would be cautious if you decide to hire this company - you will likely get more for your money with a different organization."
