"Handyman John and assistant John did an amazing job with cleaning and securing our rain gutters. Our toilet replacement went flawlessly! I will definitely be using their services again!"

"This week we used a local handyman service, Soss Services, LLC. Their principal, Tristan, is very knowledgeable, uses high quality tools, is very polite and cleans up his work site--and the end result is the work was fairly priced and done in a highly professional manner. We'd rate him a 10 out of 10 as we could not be more pleased. Tristan does large and small jobs ranging from remodeling and renovations to repairs and installations--with the exception of HVAC and granite work. We plan to use his services when new needs arise in the future."

"I had a great experience working with Jonathan and his crew. It started with some handyman jobs, e.g., repairing and staining a fence, replacing the flooring of a shed, replacing a post on the front steps that also required cement repair and painting. We talked about staining my log home because he had log pros who could repair a rotted spot or two, professionally clean the logs, and put a coat of semi-transparent stain on a 3,500 square foot home. His estimate was very acceptable given the tasks it included. I have never had painters wash the logs and prepare for painting like this crew did. It actually looked good enough to forego the stain! The rotten log was cut out and replaced, and the actual staining was smooth and beautiful! I could not be happier with the finished job. I was thinking of replacing my solid wood front door, but they painted it and it is is perfect! So is the repointed patio! They are skilled pros with a great work ethic. Thank you!"

"They did a good job.  He was great.  They did a really spectacular job.  We put on a new addition and it's really tricky to get the garage door.  They had to custom fit it and they made it work great.  I'd give them straight A's.  They had very competitive pricing. "

"Mr. Haynes is phenomenal! I was in the process of selling my home and needed some repairs done very quickly. Mr. Haynes contacted me on Friday morning, came by to take a look at what I needed done and came back that evening to began work. He even worked on Saturday and Sunday to ensure that I was able to meet my deadline. I can't say enough good things about him. He was very cordial, patient, punctual, and he even took time to answer my questions and walk me through each step of the repair process. Thank you Mr. Haynes! My tears of frustration have definitely turned into tears of joy thanks to you!"

"Great work. Prompt, cleaned up property afterwards. Will definitely hire again!"

"We had them install all the roofing and other hardware for a full Tesla solar roof. Once that project was going, we also had them do 5 outer window/door projects for us. All went well and we're happy we had them do everything!"

"We had our roof replaced because it was time. Justin and his co-workers came to do the replacement. All of them were professional, very personable, did a great job with the roof and cleaned up meticulously. Justin cam after to do roof re-inspections which were spot on with pictures and video to show us what the roof was like. I am using them for our gutters as well. I trust and would recommend Gutter ethics to all my friends."

"Sunshine Contracting replaced my 1985 vinyl siding with beautiful, durable Hardie Plank My home looks brand new! From the beginning of the project working with Crawford, to the final touches working with Nate and Gabino, the process was smooth, efficient, on time and without any issues! I was thoroughly impressed with the skill of the crew working. Sunshine ensures their installers are certified to install this beautiful siding and it shows in their craftsmanship. Thank you Ryan, Crawford, Nate and AJ for an exceptional job!"
