"Someone drove into our mailbox and totally destroyed our iron ornamental mailbox post. The mailbox itself was still intact. We originally purchased the post and mailbox from Lelu Metalcraft. They went out of business last year. We learned Forshaws bought out the Lelu inventory. Forshaws could not repair or fabricate a new post for us -- they could only offer us a new iron mailbox and post. Luckily, I was fortunate to find Perpetua Iron on Angie's list. The owners are former LeLu employees. Once we made contact with Perpetua Iron, John and Janet sent us a bid within a few hours for fabricating a new post and for installation as we requested. They were gracious, professional and responsive. We are now awaiting approval from the people who destroyed our mailbox. <br />"
