Gary Henson's knowledge of the product, explanation of the amazing warranty, and help with product selection was just the beginning of an awesome experience. Gary's communication skills throughout the project kept us always knowing what to expect from the beginning of the project to the end. His close working relationship with the installation team was evident from day one of the installation. Jorge Lopez and his team, Rogelio, Alfredo, Alexis, and Ruben were all extremely hardworking and very professional...It was obvious that they had worked together for a long time for Specialty Roofers and it was also nice to witness how they laughed and enjoyed working together. Happy employees says a lot about a company! We are extremely happy with our new roof, and we had the best experience with all aspects of our project. We are so happy that we chose Specialty Roofers!"

"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"Roofing was average quality. There were leaks after the roofing job and they came and repaired roofing. They were a subcontractor for an addition and I had to pay them separate. I got quotes for other roofers for $2700 to $3000 for labor and materials. Chris Warren charged me $4000 for labor only. I bought materials. And only found out his prices after job was done as contractor did not tell me who sub was until after work ws done."

"My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. "Very prompt in contacting and remaining in touch. After estimate returned, was expecting to be called in few days to have date scheduled for repairs. Instead, 2 days after returning estimate (and on the weekend) someone from Destin Roofing knocked on our door. Said he had just finished a job nearby and thought he'd swing by to get started on our roof. Roof repaired over the weekend which was fabulous as this occurred just before heavy rains hit our area. Great job, great service, would definitely use them again and highly recommend."
