"Let me just start off by saying the first thing that struck me was 1. the pricing I was expecting to pay a whole lot more than the bill that I received. I too am a business owner and I understand how hard it is to run a small business and that the pricing he is charging in my opinion it's not enough to keep the doors open.But it goes further than money this is a reflection of his character. Justin in fact is trying to develop relationships with his customers long-term and the fact they stand behind their work after 2 months of having my unit serviced my temperature was not staying as cool as it needed to not realizing that the hotter it gets the harder it is for your AC to cool the air but what he noticed was my colis was dirty again after 2 months.. and rather than charging me for a trip charge out there he not only waived the fee for the trip charge but also cleaned my colis again at no charge.. Justin and his company aim to take care of people and to do the right thing I will be needing a new system next year and this company is my only choice! You would be wise to look no further and use Justin Touchstone! Character/honesty to me is greater than money it's hard to put a value on that!"

Home Advisor's first company (Preferred Environmental Solutions, through Emerald Coast Air) assigned 3 successive tech who never came, so 6 weeks later Advanta Clean got the job, They came in just a few days. Mat and Jay worked hard. They could not remove one of the blowers for cleaning, due to design with coil in the way, but they did what they could in place. They got to that plenum through the side."

".Prior to getting dehumidifiers installed, we had a blower door test which revealed a very "tight" home and efficient A/C unit contributing to high indoor humidity levels.  Nathan and Sam suggested one large dehue unit attached to our upstairs A/C unit or two smaller whole house dehus connected to our upstairs and downstairs A/C units.  We were concerned about noise level and Nathan and Sam brought a large unit to the house for us to hear and then decide.ed promptly and to our satisfaction.  The unit is very quiet except for a low hum.  At that point, we decided to move forward.  Nathan and Sam returned with a team at the appointed time and completed the task in 1/2 a day despite some "fit" issues within one of our A/C cabinets.  What  impresses us is  ALL of the employees are punctual, courteous, upbeat and clean up after themselves.   <br /> Final result:  Within one day of the whole house dehus being installed, the humidity levels registered 10 degrees lower and we could feel a real difference. <br />"

"We have used Emerald Air at least 3 times for our heating and A/C work. The last job they did was for duct repair because our ductwork had leaks and was pulling in dust from the attic. We contacted them and they sent someone out the same day to check the problem and give us an estimate. When someone comes out to give an estimate, they take time to analyze the problem and give an explanation of what we need and how the repair or installation will be performed. They contacted us with an estimate within 2 days and we scheduled the work. The day before the appointment they called to confirm the time they would arrive. The day of the appointment they called to let me know the technician was running EARLY and checked to see if that was ok. When the technician arrived he was very polite and was in and out within an hour. When he finished he told me what ducts he repaired and that he inspected the rest of them for leaks to make sure there were no additional problems. <br /> <br /> Their office staff is extremely helpful and always calls when the technician is on the way. Their techs are very friendly and fast. They respond to calls 24 hours per day and don't price gouge on after hours calls. <br /> <br /> We have used Emerald Air for a $3500 gas furnace replacement, A/C and heating annual inspections, duct repair, and UV filter installation. In every instance, they have exceeded our expectations for responsiveness and customer service. I have used several local HVAC companies during the 18 years we have lived in this house.
