"Takota came and gave our bathroom an exceptional deep clean. She communicated leading up to the cleaning appointment and set expectations. She made our old shower feel new again. Would highly recommend her, as very thorough and detail oriented. "

"We had a dead tree taken down and dead branches removed from a couple trees around the driveway. They were on time, worked diligently to get the job done, and cleaned up very well. Very respectful of our property. Would definitely recommend them"

"When I inquired about having someone clean our cottage, Tori immediately reached out to me. We set up a time to meet. She was right on time. We went through all that we would need this summer. She is very professional and a joy to talk with. She did a deep clean for us. Although we haven't seen it yet, I'm positive we will be very happy. She even sent photos of work. We are delighted that we found Torri through Angi! Holly"

"Sosa’s Property Service was fantastic! Josue and Tatiane answered our call well after typical business hours when we needed emergency cleaning services. They were here the next day to give us a quote (which was more than reasonable) and then came the next day to clean. Tatiane and her sister were incredibly thorough! The house has not been this clean in years!! I would absolutely hire Tatiane again."

"Karma Kleaning did an excellent job spring cleaning our camp, which had just been opened for the summer. They coped with thick dust (and occasional mouse droppings), not only scrubbing the bathroom and vacuuming floors but also washing all dishes and cleaning shelves throughout the house. The camp has been in the family 70 years; we couldn’t be happier to see it looking its best and will definitely call Karma Kleaning again."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Freeport, ME

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
