"Roger the owner came out assessed the needs and submitted a fair bid for the project. They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away. The guys were professional, curtesy, and efficient. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew for any yard project."

After taking bids from 5 other companies, Jay's prices were very competitive and I decided that Advanced Curb Appeal would be the company to install our patio. Jay met with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and approximate cost to install. He made recommendations as to color and type of paver. Next, he showed us examples of the bricks and explained the process. Jay then worked with our HOA to receive approval for the install. Once the crew came out, they worked nonstop! Each paver was placed with care. They spent a lot of time making sure it was level and that any water would drain correctly. The results are stunning and I could not be happier. He had to reschedule, like I think it was the forth time but it finally worked and then that one ended up being the afternoon before thanksgiving so it wasn't the best time but at least he got it done. The price was fine for me. It cost $700 and it was about 3 hours worth of work between 3 men. He at least called back all the time. I didn't have any issues with their professionalism."
