He shared pictures of prior work so we could see the type of work he did, and to give us ideas of what we might want to do. His experience showed when he organized the team, haul truck, equipment, time allotted, etc. Keep in mind that concrete work is very dusty and sometimes small pieces of concrete get splattered on walls and plants, so plan accordingly (part of the process and not a function of the work quality).
