Legacy is a small company in comparison to the local big guys. Eric returned my original call very quickly and returned followup call just as quickly. We booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM and he showed up perfectly on time. He explained in plain English what he would do and why. I checked in once while he was working and he took time to show me the video he was taking of the inside of my furnace. The job took about 1 1/2 hours. "A two man team came to my home to clean the dryer vent.  <br /> They were quick and efficient with cleaning the dryer hose and vent.  <br /> I didn't expect the cleaning of just one dryer vent to be more than $100.  However I was told the price over the phone and scheduled the appointment anyway since it needed to be done.   The final price I paid was not a surprise.  <br /> I am happy that I had it done to satisfy my worry since lint clogged dryer tubes/vents can be a fire hazard.  I will most likely use this service provider in the future.  <br /> <br />"

"They were not able to get the ductwork sealed as much as I would have liked, due to an issue with my ductwork somewhere in the walls, but that was not their fault; they were still able to get it sealed better than it was. I used to have a spot on the kitchen floor that was warm in the winter due to leakage, now I can't tell. That alone tells me they were able to do some sealing, plus the printout they gave me that showed leakage before and reduction in the leakage after treatment. (printout showed a 43% reduction in leakage). The men were careful to clean up after themselves and left me little to do to after they left. I was emailed photos from before and after the duct cleaning."

He came the next day to fix it (which he did). I consider the above excellent service as little issues like that can always come up... but it is the response to those issues that truly matters.
