"I just want to say, I've done business with them before. Juan and his guys did an awesome job on my house exterior. Before my homes paint was old and in bad shape. They gave me a really good price, and they were fast and efficient. They did not cut corners, they were very responsive and on time. They are my go to anything paint related. "

"At first he was responsive and I was happy , but once I paid him , he did not show up again to do the second job that we agreed upon nor did he finish the first job that included tasks that were going to be completed in the second job . he did not show up on four different occasions over an entire week, then he hung up on me, I no longer want to work with him under any circumstances, so I would expect money back. He spilled paint on my cabinets, he painted the column the wrong color and it wasn't completed because it needs more applications, I overpaid him $100 on accident but said I would take it off of the next job that he never showed up for. Some tasks on the first job were going to be included in the second job but since he never showed up for the second job, the first job was not completed. I have to pay another contractor to fix his mistakes and finish the job. The paint in the bathroom also needs to be touched up, which he said he was coming back to do along with the other touch-ups needed. He also accidentally broke a piece off of my cabinet."

"Joe and his crew did a great job painting the outside of my house. What a difference it made!! I liked that they are very meticulous in the work that they do. They back brush areas that other painters do not do. All the staple holes on the soffit were filled in using this technique. I would definitely recommend them if you want a quality job done. I would give them more stars but 5 is as high as the scale goes. Thanks to Joe, Justin and Steve. You did a wonderful job!"

"We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen earlier this year to put in a new bathroom in our basement plus do a minor remodel (countertop replacements) on all of our other bathrooms to match the new one. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. "The siding job Perma Siding did for our house is beautiful., We have not stopped admiring our house since it was completed. Our utility bills usage went down by 80 units per month and a $1.10 per day. We lowered the heat from 73 degrees last year to 68 this year and the house is warm in every room and much quieter. Our windows were fogged over, we discussed the windows with Steve. He knew the manufacturer and the lifetime warranty, he found the order code inside the window frame. That piece of advice got us 5 new windows and we can see out again. That was personal attention saved us a lot of money. The company who did the warranty work on the windows made the comment what a superior job the installers did and how fortunate we had been to get such high quality work. I can quit saying, “I can’t retire until we get siding on the house.” I sent in my retirement letter today!"

"They were definitely more affordable than the rest...probably by 15%. Unfortunately I don't think you always know the quality of workmanship that you are going to get with this company. Let's be realistic...most of the college kids they are hiring probably aren't making a profession out of this. They did ok, but there were lots of little things I found wrong at the end...like areas where they didn't prime and they also ruined my screen. Next time I think I will just bite the bullet and hire a professional team who has more industry industry experience."
