"They came out right away, he was very good and we were very happy with them.  What we liked about this company was that he was really informative.  He could name all the trees that we have, what was going on with them, what we needed to do, what we needed to watch for.  We gathered a lot of information and realized what we could and could not do with the trees.  Actually he did not charge us that day.  There were certain complications and he gave us certain suggestions on what we can and could not do.  The reason he could not remove the tree was because the machinery was too big for the space and told how we could take care of it."

"KEVIN AND JAKE CAME ABOUT 10:30 AM AND WORKED ALMOST CONSTANTLY EXCEPT FOR A SHORT LUNCH BREAK AND WRAPPED UP ABOUT 3:15 PM. ALL TRASH WAS AT THE CURB AND AREA WAS CLEAN AFTER THEY LEFT.EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED OUT AS PROMISED AND NUMBER OF OTHER THINGS THAT KEVIN BROUGHT UP AS HE WAS WORKING WERE ALSO TAKEN CARE OF. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE. CAN MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR WORK. <br />"

"Installed irrigation system in front yard.  Ran new 1" supply line to outdoors from basement.  Ran 4 zones to front yard. <br /> Some of the plumbing components (valves) outside near basement exit are starting to rust.  Not sure if that's expected or not. <br />"

"Overall, I am pleased with the service that they provide. They do a very good job. However, their mothed of billing is sketchy. They don't bill monthly or send a single bill for all services provided in a day. In season I may get a bill on one day for basic services from the week before and then another bill for the periodic services which may or may not arrive the same day. Sometimes, I may not get a bill for two weeks and then will receive several for multiple cuts and varied services. This makes keeping track, a challenge for me. If I don't note it on the calender when I see evidence that they have been there, then I can only trust/assume that the billing is true and accurate. I don't like that very much, but overall, I give them a good grade for the service that they provide. <br /> <br /> Update: I ended up terminating use of this business due to the unpredictable billing. At the end of the season, I got a call indicating that had a credit balance of $45. Have no idea how that happened.... could be because the billing was crazy. At the beginning of the next season...miraculously, my credit balance was significantly less due to some service apparently that I was never informed of or billed for."
