"Mr . Joe contacted me early on June 25, 2024. I told him what I needed replacing. He said he could come by and look at what needed to be done with my Attic replacement stairs. He called me when he got into the driveway of my home. He looked at the Old Attic ladder & Door that needed replacing. Quoted me a very reasonable price. He said I can replace it for you now. I said great ?. He left and went to the store to buy the replacement ladder and picked up a helper. The job was completed in 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with his work. His helper Lacretia Edwards was also a great helper. They got the job done with no problems. Very professional and I would recommend HANDYMAN SERVICES, Mr. Joe Nichols to anyone needing repairs done. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"It went pretty good with D & A Energy Solutions. I was pleased with it but they couldn't really do totally what I wanted done but it wasn't their fault, it was just the house, they couldn't get under it because the house was too close to the house. It took a little while but it was the weather so they can't put that stuff in there I think below 50 degrees. The first weekend they tried to do it but it took them a couple of times out to get it done but that really wasn't their fault. I thought the price was fair. I hadn't really shop with other people but I'm okay with the price. As far as I know, the quality is pretty good but I haven't gone underneath. I'd recommend them."

I was very nervous about having someone cut a sizable hole in the side of the house , because I had never done that or seen it done before, and it was a new house. Will showed up after work in the early evening and quick work of it. He came in, was very courteous, and got down to business. The door was installed properly and worked on the first try. Will finished the job in about an hour, and was thankful for the business when he finished. He told us if we had any trouble with the installation of the door in the future to feel free to call him. "Fabulous.  He added batting around the a/c heater where needed, put batting in the attic access door, and added blown-in insulation to entire attic (it's getting cold outside now!).  Gary was very neat - he put down tarps to protect our new wood floors.  Whole job took just under an hour.  Highly recommend him! <br />"
