"We chose J and W Roofing to help us with hail damage after our insurance company, State Farm, recommended them. The owner, Mr. Wells, came to see if we had hail damage and also gave us an estimate. He then walked us through the process of making our insurance claim. He also arranged to be at our home on a Saturday to meet with the insurance adjuster. The same week we received our check from the insurance company, they began on our roof and completed it all in one day (we have a 2,400 square foot house with architectural roof). They cleaned up that day, and then returned later in the week to do a follow-up clean-up (including magnets) and inspection. Our roof looks great! "Lucio was the first call back I had for a leaking roof after a storm. I had previously put in a call to my long time roof repair company but they never called back, so I reached out hoping to get someone to return my inquiry. He had no problem scheduling our first assessment meeting during the weekend. I had one big issue after the job was completed which Lucio fixed as quickly as he could. He was always on time for our appointments and his team showed up an hour earlier than expected to get started on the job which was on a Saturday due to previous rainy weather. He did not hesitate to return my very upset call for the problem and came back that Sunday to correct. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future and recommend him and his team for any roofing job you may have."
