"David Saburit (the owner) came out very promptly and provided me with a proposal. He then returned with his crew (again very promptly). They broke up and removed the existing slab, then formed, poured and finished the new slab. In his standard contract David specifically excludes covering any damage to underground water lines (due to the unknown nature of there whereabouts). However, after they had left the site I turned on the sprinkler system and found that a pipe had been broken during the concrete installation and was leaking badly. Despite the fact that he specifically excludes this kind of damage, David came back out and fixed the broken pipe. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I would certainly recommend Saburit Concrete and would use them again myself. <br />"
