They were also very mindful of the rest of my home and protected my floors and cleaned at the end of their workday. They were punctual and arrived daily as scheduled, no unscheduled skipped days or late arrivals. One of the tubs which was installed began to leak, however, they responded quickly and resolved the issue without hesitation."

"I had a paver patio and walkway installed almost 30 years ago. The pavers had shifted and were very unsightly. The crew took up all the pavers, cleaned them up and releveled the whole patio & walkways. Everything looks fantastic! I also had them relevel parts of my yard and lay new sod. The crew was very efficient, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them! I wanted to upload photos but I keep getting a message that even one of my files is too large! Too bad, I would love to show you-all how nice everything looks."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"I have priced many companies for aod installation there was one at 16000!!! I chose Blue irrigation due to the reviews, customer service, AND PRICING!! I was amazed at the length that they went to in installing the sod!!! They really did a great job of preparing the soil before putting in the sod!! They even put small rocks along the narrow aide of the yard that I don’t use…weed guard and white gravel Jeorge did a great job!! I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "I do not recall him stating that we (homeowner) could get the permit, only that they rarely have needed to get one, and in fact he could only recall one instance in which they needed one. He also initially stated that they use a third party to get the permits, hence the high cost of the fee. He later texted me that one of their managers could get one, as they have an account with the city. Unfortunately, I did not record the conversation, in order to provide further veracity to my review, but with what I was told during the phone conversation regarding a permit not being needed to replace the driveway, and several text messages we exchanged, I stand by my original review regarding the lie of the permit not being required."
