The only negative I would comment on is that the part needed for my repair was not immediately available and someone in the distribution network dropped the ball getting it for the next day, so it took a couple days to complete the repair. They worked around my availability to schedule the appointment. I loved the Technician, Bert Izquierdo, who performed the work. He wore a mask and remained at a distance, per protocol, the entire time. During the thorough inspection, he physically walked us through any problems found. He explained, in detail, each issue, how it could've happened, and resolution. Burt was extremely honest not just with the issues found but with the price as well.
