"Arrived promptly. Explained everything clearly as they performed service. Gave me hints as to what to watch out for future issues. We are very helpful and courteous. The only issue is I thought the price a bit too high. A capacitor that sells for 110 was sold to me for 242, double retail. The service price was high for the amount of time spent. Units were right next to each other. 200 for 2 units is too high."
