They repaired the ceiling and drywall in my basement. They designed the kitchen and did all of the work themselves except for the countertops which were outsourced to a company they recommended. This project was seamless. They show up when they are supposed to, communicate well, and are very respectful to your property and clean up after themselves. They even returned after they were paid to finish something that had to be special ordered. I really can’t say enough good things about the experience. "This company has been done a great job of expressing sales first and customer service second. I have had an issue for nearing 6 months that Reece in text explained was getting covered under warranty and would let me know when parts would arrive. Prior to the sale he was attentive, answered phone calls, returned text messages to continue to display customer service and finalize everything to ensure he got paid. Since then it has been voicemails, no returned calls or text message. When I call the office it goes straight to voicemail (assuming they see my name on the caller id). In less than a years time, half the windows they contracted out will not lock when closed, as well the original issue is still not fixed. Only have I received a text from him when was when I explained I was texting him to further document his lack of response to me reaching out to him. Great lip service at the beginning with a lack luster follow up. I just want the issue that was explained to me that would be fixed. To be fixed."
