"We have used contract help on many different projects over the twenty years we have owned our home, and our most recent experience with Carnival Custom Painting has to rank near, if not at, the top of the best of our experiences. From our initial engagement with Chris (sales manager) to the experienced and professional interactions with Juan (project manager) and his team of wonderful painters, Carnival Custom Painting exceeded our expectations on almost every level. Their work was top notch. Their pricing was fair (we received several bids prior to selecting Carnival -theirs not the lowest while not excessive as others). We made several changes during the project and Juan was patient and professional at all times, working with us to give us the results we were looking for in our entire home (interior) repaint project. The team was on time every day and left things tidy and livable throughout the two week project - not an easy task as we made the decision to not seek temporary shelter and were essentially deconstructing the inside of our home for the entire painting process. There was never any up-sell pressure, and if we found an area we wanted added or removed from the project, the changes were handled fairly and without push-back. Wonderful to work with. "I feel I owe it to return the favor for all those who previously reviewed Luxz Painting. I found them through Angie’s list. Like a previous reviewer stated we hit the absolute jackpot with Eddie and the entire Luxz Painting crew!! We received 5 quotes from other painting contractors. Most never even followed up or perhaps because of our location the bid was extremely high or scope of work to be performed and paint quality was vague We decided to go with Eddie because of his professionalism, keen eye for design and color but most of all he was very straight forward with us and seemed genuine and honest, traits some contractors seem to be lacking. He promptly followed up when we had questions with the bid and during the entire job. When any little issue arose he made certain to personally take care of it. Good painters are hard to find but it’s even harder to find excellent painters. I only hope whomever is reading this will reach out to the professionals at Luxz Painting & Design. So happy we did!"
