If they make a mistake on the project, they made it right... no question. If I wanted to make a change, they did it. If there was a cost impact to the project from my change we talked about it, got a price on it and moved ahead. They were always very accommodating and helpful with ideas. "Waltermire Remodeling took out the wooden spindles on our staircase and replaced them with rought iron. The painter he had come out had to prepare all the wood, apply paint and stain. The painter matched the stain perfectly. The paint job he did was also impeccable. The two guys that installed the baulsters were very good as well. Working with Eric Waltermire was a great and wonderful experience. He has a phenomenal attitude and was extremely easy to work with."

The installation team were through and took their time to make sure everything fit and nothing was damaged or nicked. They even cleaned up after themselves. Stayed until the job was completed. "Jordan, the manager was awesome. He was incredibly knowledgeable of his product and was able to come and measure the house the very next day. The plan was for the installation to take five days. The installers for the tile were prompt and efficient. The install only took three days. The carpet installation only took six hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. They may be a bit pricy, but you definitely are paying for what you get: excellent service, diligent workers, and efficient installation."
