Despite this, Bell Mechanical offered only a $300 refund following public complaints, which would only cover the fee they charged to identify the issue I had already reported. Shockingly, the technician placed a big black knife on my kitchen table just before demanding the $300 payment. They misleadingly suggest that only their service maintains warranty validity, while any licensed technician can do so. Their deceptive practices and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
