"Willard Seals is an expert on exterior painting. He and his crew pay attention to detail and deliver with excellence. My job was to exterior paint my siding and trim repairing as needed. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."

We offer extremely low monitoring rates for our security systems, can monitor them with or without a phone line and WE DO NOT REQUIRE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT. We also do residential and commercial prewires and repair service on monitored and non-monitored security systems. The vast majority of our services are done by in-house employment. WE are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau and our license # is B14455. We custom fit our services to meet each of our customer's needs. Our pricing is dependent on the services and equipment needed to complete each job. In most cases, we can give a general quote over the phone with a detailed quote being rendered after an on-site inspection has been completed. "Master mastic did a great job Mastic sealing around the pool and extended patio. They dug out all the old mastic, poured in the new and covered it with sand. Fast and neat. They do not offer a “come back and clean up the sand” option after the 2 day waiting period but my leaf blower made quick work of the job."
