"Despite much back and forth with my HOA over the span of two months, Worgens Painting remaining patient, flexible, and responsive with providing updated quotes. I’ll add that I had four other companies quote labor/materials for staining the deck and fence, along with replacing warped or damaged boards. Worgens quote was fair and reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I received. Worgens painters did an excellent job with the repairs, even patching up areas that were not discussed during the labor estimation process. Additionally, the painters had great attention to detail, applying two layers of high quality stain to the deck and fence. I’m very impressed with the results, and have received compliments from my neighbors as well. I only have one minor complaint that prevents a five star rating. The quote promises that anything removed from the deck will be put back in its original place. This did not happen, and several debris such as residual wood, screws, and old hardware were left scattered throughout the yard. A little more effort to clean up the area upon conclusion of the project would have been appreciated. Again, very minor complaint that does not diminish the quality of their craftsmanship. Overall, I highly recommend Wogens and would hire them again without hesitation."

"We had Jay's do a cleaning of the house, repair some wood rot in the trim and front porch, and paint the trim. Finished product looked fantastic. In truth, after the cleaning they did I had actually thought they painted it looked so good. Jay was very easy to talk to and made sure to explain in detail everything he was going to do, as well as gave us things to look for as we proceeded to get quotes from either other painters, or for other household services we would be requiring. Every member of his crew was very professional and courteous. Couldn't even tell they were here after they were done, as no mess was left behind at all. "Mr. Ford's estimate was one of several that I received before choosing a contractor to paint four rooms, celings, and a cathedral foyer and he was definitely the best choice. His price was very reasonable and I liked that we bought the paint so we'd get exactly what we wanted. He was very responsive and professional as was the crew that came with him over the three days it took to do the work. All of them went above and beyond, filling holes, retaping joints in one of the ceilings, adding in an extra bit of painting to make the overall job look better. They are a pleasure to work with and I will definitely hire them again for future work. Member Update: Just a follow-up to my previous review... Mr. Ford called to ask if one particular room needed an extra coat of paint, which it did. He mentioned that it might need one and actually made the call to double-check. I appreciate that I did not have to call him about it and it will be taken care of within the week. His professionalism in making the call is above and beyond what was expected.
