"Premier was great to work with. Very communicative when scheduling, gathering quotes and learning about roofing options and warranties. Their scheduler (Samantha), the sales rep (Mike), and owner (Ricardo Yuly) were all nice to speak with and very accommodating to questions. Company offered several options in regards to shingles and warranties, and they explained the differences and associated pricing. They also offered several payment options. The installation team arrived on time and was courteous, including contacting us before they parked to ensure we can move our car if needed. The work was done timely and well including clearing the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning debris."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "I don't write reviews but I am making an exception in this case. Paul Henry installed our windows (20) in 2014. We had several of the windows made lower (expanded) as well. Five years since, I could not be happier. They gave the option of spray foam insulation around the window casings to help with drafts from original construction. What a difference. Not at all pushy and not the cheapest but boy was it worth it."

"Summit Roofing did an amazing job! Listed below are the positive and negatives of my experience. Positives -Excellent selection and variety of product -Overall process was easy. You get to choose the style of shingle, underlying material, and ridge vent Clean up (Very Important) was very excellent. So far, no nails in tires or in dog’s paws. Prices are competitive Negatives No personal interaction. Everything was done via email. No one actually came out to survey the job. All images were taken from Google Earth. Lack of communication on when the job was to take place. (see below) Overall, very satisfied with Summit Roofing. Like I said in my negatives, no one came to the house to ask questions or survey the job. I received an email with a date that the material was going to be delivered and an approximate time frame the workers were going to complete the job. The only way I knew my roof was getting replace was the night before a worker knocked on the door to ask permission to park his waste trailer in my driveway. But, the work crew showed up promptly at 7 AM and were completely finished by 1 PM. Very efficient and very clean. So, I would recommend Summit Roofing for your roofing needs."

"This company had proven to me to be very trustworthy when there was hail damage in the community. Many roofs needed replacement, my immediate next door neighbors being one of them. They at the time of getting their estimate asked if I would like the man from Roof Works to look at my roof while he was there. He went up looked my roof over & informed me that my roof had not been damaged . His honesty sold me right there on his company. When we had the wind damage I called Roof Works , they came out the next day, examined my roof & I only needed a few shingles replaced. We scheduled the appointment to do so & my roof was repaired within that week. He also gave me a very fair price."

"I needed a new roof in a short time frame. GNS was very responsive and finished the work on time. The only negative was that one of the gutters fell off the front of the house after the work was done. <br />"

"Contacted Thomas at Patriot and he was at the house in a few hours, in the rain, to inspect while I was at work. Turned out that there were a couple minor issues with the roof, but the issue was actually with the chimney cap and chimney flashing. He made repairs to the couple minor issues and flashing, but had to come back the next morning when it wasn't raining to fix the chimney cap. He responded quickly and kept me in the loop about the status of the repair. He was very professional. Will definitely call on Patriot again."

"We had a bad winter storm with high winds. Many of the asphalt shingles flew off the garage roof and we needed a quick replacement of the roof because more winter storms were forecasted. Jim at A Plus Handyman gave us a very good estimate and despite bad weather, he was able to replace the roof quickly and weatherize it before the interior of the garage was damaged. He was super nice to deal with, responsive, affordable with quality work. Would definitely do business with him again!!"
