"All of my communication with the provider was via email.  I submitted a request for a price quote around the second week of November and the work was performed on November 25th (the day I'm writing this review).  The provider was very prompt in responding.  I sent them my home address and was sent back a picture of my house and yard to confirm my address.  I explained what I wanted done and they provided a price quote.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I had a preference for the type of mulch I preferred and they accommodated my request.  I revised my work order to cancel the leaf removal because the HOA removed the leaves.  A couple of days afterwards, the leaves were back (at this point, all the leaves had fallen due to strong winds the previous two nights).  I requested that leaf removal be added back to the work order (this request was submitted the morning that the work was scheduled to be completed).  I was hopeful that the request was not too late and learned that they did indeed receive the updated request in time to remove the leaves.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On the day the work was done, I got home that nigh.  I couldn't see all of the yard except for sections here and there illuminated by street light.  Even though I couldn't see all  of the yard, I could tell that they did a fantastic job.  The fall foliage was completely removed and the mulching gave the flowerbeds and trees such a manicured look.  The bushes were neatly trimmed, including my hydrangea bush.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The work far exceeded my expectations.  I will definitely come back to this company for spring mulching.  My check is going in the mail in the morning. <br />"

"It went very well. I contacted this artist to create a stunning and lifelike self portrait. I then sent photos and payment. In less than a week I had a stunning rendition of myself in both pencil and watercolor. Lance is always courteous and professional. I highly recommend his services to everyone and will do business with him again soon!"

"We had an excellent first-time experience with this local handyman company.  Owner Mr. Chavez came by to see what job would entail before giving us an estimate.  Estimate seemed reasonable (we provided the new mailpost and mailbox), so we took a chance.  Crew member Jeff arrived within a reasonable time on the day promised, and with an impressive array of tools and equipment, to include a hole-digger.  Jeff was very competent, professional, courteous and customer-oriented.  His installation included solidifying the mail post into a concrete base (old mailpost had just been placed into the ground with no concrete base), which he mixed up on-site. When we unpackaged the new mailbox we had purchased, there were no attaching screws or nails - but no problem, Jeff had plenty on hand.  Jeff cheerfully installed a FLS paperbox and new house address numbers on the new post as well.  He also adjusted the new mailbox's stiff, cranky lid so that it would open and close properly. Bottom line: an excellent overall experience with Quality Expectations, a company that we would definitely recommend and consider using again. <br />"

"Not sure what the problem with the guy who did the negative review was, but I'm sure he has an "ax to grind" of some sort. I believe any business or owner has the right to decided where and where not to deliver to for what ever the reason. I on the other hand, could not have had a better experience with the owner and the lady designer during mother's day. They both went over and beyond to make me happy as well as doing a special arrangement for my mother. My mother not only loved her arrangement but has now switched to this shop for all her floral needs. My mother is very hard to please and if they can please her then there isn't anyone that they can't please! I just called them again to send my mother flowers for her birthday and they were outstanding again! They even sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered to my mom and I was amazed of how they totally got what I wanted to send. I live out of town but when I need any flowers for family and friends in the area, I will be sure to call them!!"
