Several months after paying him in full, our firepit still remains unusable. He also never provided us with a receipt showing the job was paid in full and the warranty period. WHAT A SHAME THAT A MANS WORD AND A HAND SHAKE NO LONGER MEAN ANYTHING. We have given him numerous opportunities to complete the job but we always get an excuse and now we do not even get a response. We researched his company prior to hiring them and found the HOME ADVISOR endorsement. We relied on that endorsement but apparently that no longer carries the weight it used to. We are now forced to take further action resulting in hundreds of dollars in additional cost on our part. BUYER BEWARE! "
