We specialize in catch and release of animals such as rats, mice, rodents, squirrels, bats, raccoons, opossums, armadillo, snakes, and iguanas. We also specialize in pest extermination of hornets, bees, yellow jackets, and wasps. At this time, we do not offer services for moles, voles, foxes, cats, dogs, or coyotes; and do not service bed bugs, spiders, ants, or termites.

"This is review is for the Fort Lauderdale office.While I was happy with the initial rodent trapping and proofing, I am quite unhappy with the office staff. I made an appointment for service, and no one showed up and no one called. When I called the office the day of the appointment, an office staff member told me that someone will come out by the end of that week or the next week. No one did come by Tuesday of the next week , and I did not receive a call or text. When I called back , I was told that my previous appointment was not valid, and no one will be able to come out for another three weeks. When I asked if someone could come out earlier because I had an initial earlier appointment, the young woman on the phone suggested that I use another business and would give me some recommendations for other pest removal services, which I found very rude and a very poor business practice.I also had some questions about my contract and asked to be transferred to a manager, and this young woman told me she couldn’t do that, and she couldn’t give me contact information about the manager—that it was against policy. These are very poor business practices. I don’t know if anyone will show for my appointment which is a whole month after my initial appointment and have no way to contact a manager. Also a delay in service increases the chances of the rodent problem reoccurring ."
