"We hired Window Depot in 2021 to replace all our windows , French doors , sliding doors with Hurricane glass PGT. From sales, communication ( many steps from start to finish /this was important )quality of the windows and doors, team of experienced and qualified installers(cleaning up after each step of the installation process) we would recommend this company-with 5 * We are amazed how quiet our home is and how the quality of the products stand out. "Great company. They were all very nice up front and everything went smooth. If I had an issue, they would come back immediately to take care of it. I am very pleased and everything looks beautiful. The customer service was above and beyond great service. They were very kind, respectful and straight forward. They were not out to waste my time, or make me feel like I'm an idiot. The installer named Gunner was explaining everything to me. His level of knowledge was there, he installed different windows than what I had previously, he showed me what he was doing. He was very respectful with his time and mine. He did not take a lot of breaks and he worked straight through. It was very refreshing to work with someone with that caliber who was willing to assist me and do such a great job."
